I don’t care for maple syrup. Can I use white sugar instead, and if so, the same quantity?

This is your cousin Lianne. I love your channel! I raise a large garden and have several rows dedicated to beets. Van, eats them every morning. I like your recipe to have sweet/sour treat.

The beet pickles are excellent. They sat in the fridge for 6 days before I tried them. I will definitely make them again – the healthy no sugar recipe excellent for the gut with apple cider vinegar.
