I made this last night. I was looking for something easy, fast and good. As it only had 4 ingredients, I had everything on hand. I followed the directions to the ‘T’ and it was delicious. I think the only complaint I had about the recipe is that it called for 10 oz. of dry spaghetti. Almost all small boxes of spaghetti come in 1 lb. or 16 oz. boxes. So I had to pull out the scale to get the 10 oz. of noodles for this recipe. I guess it’s easy enough to use the whole box and adjust the other ingredients but …

Unfortunately no fresh grated Parmesan is the only kind that will work here, the other won’t melt smoothly.
