I just made this recipe tonight and it was so delicious but I did use lite coconut milk instead of heavy cream and I make my own sun dried tomatoes from my garden which I love to make. Wonderful and so easy to make! Thank you! Cher

Do use sun dried tomatoes just in oil or use sun dried tomatoes pack in Italian herbs pack in oil? Also would be okay to use dried tomatoes pack in Italian herbs oil?

I had been eyeing this recipe for a couple of weeks and was finally able to make it tonight. It was definitely worth the wait!!!! My husband can be a pasta snob but this dish…he gave it his highest praise…”you could feed this to the pope!” Will be making this again…and again! Thank you!
