WAY too many spices…
Drop the cumin, oregano, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom
and cayenne pepper – because it’s a Middle Eastern recipe not Indian.
Simple is best.

This recipe is so good! Flavorful, easy recipe. If you are having company over and want to impress try it. I paired it with Armenian pilaf and a chopped Middle Eastern-style salad.
