I tried the recipe and the cake has a very nice texture. I’m definitely gonna make it again, but I will adjust the sugar quantity because it’s a bit too sweet for my taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Love this cake! I made it for a get together and nothing was left! Next time I do make it again will use mascarpone cheese instead of cream cheese in the frosting.

Made this for my husband’s birthday, since he’s a huge blueberry fan, and some of our other guests are noted lemon fans. I think that if you follow the instructions and measure everything in grams, it’s impossible to mess up, and the result is stunning.

Was told multiple times that this cake is “perfect”, multiple people had second slices, and one particular fan absolutely lit up when I sent him home with leftovers. Thank you for the wonderful recipe! This is 100% being added to the repertoire for special occasions.

I have been making this cake for 8 yrs now. I make it every for my husbands birthday! This is a family favorite, and everyone who has it absolutely loves the cake! The only thing I do different is I use fresh lemon juice instead of lemon extract.
I highly recommend this cake for anyone that wants a super moist, summery cake!

This cake is fantastic! It is lemony with a pop when you chew into the blueberries. I couldn’t find lemon extract so put extra lemon zest and a bit of lemon juice into the frosting. This is delicious and the cake is so moist. Nothing is better than a lemon cream cheese frosting!
